Refund policy

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have the right to change your mind after receiving your order.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Returned products should be unworn, unwashed and in a condition consistent with the reasonable inspection you would normally carry out in a shop.

You may try a T-shirt on to check the fit.

If an item has been worn beyond trying it on, washed, damaged or otherwise handled more than necessary to inspect it, this may affect the amount we are able to refund where permitted by law.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning an item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process any refund due as soon as reasonably possible and, where you are exercising your legal right to cancel, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Where you exercise your legal right to cancel the whole order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option where required by law.

Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery service than our standard option are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
