Cancellation policy
Some I Like Pub products may be offered using a pre-order purchase option.
Payment is taken when the pre-order is placed.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us at ilikepuborders@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally be able to cancel the pre-order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, our normal Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
Delayed Pre-Orders
Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the relevant product page when you place your order.
Occasionally, manufacturing, printing or delivery delays may occur.
If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
If a significant delay means you no longer wish to wait for your order, you may contact us to cancel your pre-order and receive a refund.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change your size, colour, delivery address or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has entered production or been dispatched.
