These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Those Pub Guys / I Like Pub online store. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is subject to acceptance and availability.

Please check your order details, including size, colour and delivery address, carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you place your order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the order involves an obligation to pay.

3. Pre-Orders

Some I Like Pub products are sold on a pre-order basis.

This means the item may not have been manufactured or be ready for immediate dispatch when you place your order.

Payment will be taken when the pre-order is placed.

The estimated dispatch or delivery period will be shown on the product page when you order.

Pre-order dates are estimates and occasionally manufacturing, printing or delivery delays may occur.

If there is a significant delay to your order, we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.

If a significant delay means you no longer wish to wait for your order, you may contact us to cancel it and receive a refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

The total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates.

For pre-order products, the estimated pre-order dispatch or delivery period displayed when you order applies instead of our normal delivery times.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery may be handled by a third-party postal or courier service.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but if there is a substantial problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

Please make sure the delivery address supplied when ordering is correct.

6. Sizing & Product Appearance

Please check the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering.

Because clothing is manufactured and printed in batches, very small variations in colour, positioning or finish may occur.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

7. Intellectual Property

The I Like Pub name, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs and other original content appearing on our products or website belong to their respective owner(s) and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing an item does not transfer any intellectual property rights associated with the design or branding.

We collect and use personal information where necessary to operate our online store, process and fulfil orders, take payments, arrange delivery and provide customer service.

Our store is operated using Shopify, and information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our store.
